Pratham Computers & Programs
Operation Smile (2019 – Present)
Recognizing the growing importance of digital literacy, the Trust launched Pratham Computers to equip students and job seekers with essential computer knowledge and practical IT skills.
Impact
- 1,600+ students successfully certified.
- Training in computer fundamentals, MS Office, internet applications, and digital productivity.
- Enhanced employability and career readiness for youth.

Operation Smile (2013 – 2016)
In collaboration with healthcare partners, Navodaya Educational & Charitable Trust supported children suffering from cleft lip and cleft palate by facilitating corrective plastic surgeries. 54+ children received life-changing cleft lip surgeries. Improved confidence, speech, nutrition, and overall quality of life.
Skill training & empowerment
Shobha Academy
(2022 – Present)
Shobha Academy focuses on vocational education and professional skill development, enabling students to become employment-ready and financially independent.
Impact
900+ candidates successfully certified.

Government Skill Development Initiative
PMKVY Mega Project (2024)

Under the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY), the Trust implemented large-scale skill development programs aligned with the Government of India’s vision for employment generation and workforce development.
